This Digital Delivery Policy explains how [keybitz] (“we”, “us”, “our”)
delivers digital products purchased through [keybitz] (the “Site”).
We only sell digital goods, and therefore no physical shipping is required.


1. Nature of Digital Goods

All products sold on our store are digital products, including but not limited to:

  • Software license keys
  • Activation codes
  • Serial numbers
  • Digital downloads and installation files
  • Online activation or verification services

Digital products are delivered electronically and are considered delivered once the content has been
sent to the customer.


2. Delivery Method

Digital items will be delivered through one or more of the following channels:

  • Email (sent to the email address provided during checkout)
  • WhatsApp message
  • WeChat message
  • Your customer account dashboard (if available)
  • Instant display on the order confirmation page

No physical items will be shipped as all purchases are digital.


3. Delivery Time

Delivery of digital goods is usually instant or within
5–15 minutes after successful payment.

In certain situations, delivery may take longer:

  • High order volume
  • Manual verification required
  • Payment review delays by payment gateways
  • Orders placed outside working hours

In such cases, delivery may take up to 1–2 hours, and up to
12–24 hours in rare situations (holidays, technical downtime).


4. Delivery Confirmation

Your order is considered successfully delivered once we send:

  • The license key / activation code
  • The download link (if applicable)
  • Step-by-step activation or installation instructions

After delivery, you may request us to re-send your key or files at no extra cost if you lose access.


5. Failed Delivery or Non-Receipt

If you did not receive your digital product within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us

6. Working Hours

Order processing and digital delivery are available during the following hours:

  • Monday – Sunday: 90:00 AM – 23:00 PM (Malaysia Time)
  • Public Holidays: Limited support hours

Orders placed outside working hours will be processed on the next available day.
